LOTUSLAP comprises of well trained experienced and dedicated teaching staff. Keeping the school’s policy of continuous up-gradation of knowledge and skills, our teachers attended various workshops and seminars organised by the school and others to improve their academic transaction skills and to update their capabilities.

Parents and teachers meetings are held at regular intervals to review the activities of students and seek parents participation and feedback. Various programs were organized for students to access their reading skills by the heads of the branch.

In co-curricular activities, we have students with varied talents and abilities to unfold and blossom to the optimum level. The Institution offers ample opportunities through co-curricular and extra curricular activities like karate, music, dance, chess etc., Through multiple academic and cultural activities, sports and games our children are growing in confidence and skill. Sports and games inculcate the spirit of positive challenges and sportsmanship and prepare students for the life ahead. LOTUSLAP organizes a sports fest every year ie., intra & inter branch competitions assuring 100% participation.

LOTUSLAP always had a pragmatic approach towards education. To keep students abreast with today’s competitive world, we promote students to different state and National level Olympiads. The major thrust of the program is to develop essential qualities required to succeed in future endeavours.
