Lotus Lap Public school, Turkamjyal branch is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the other branches are recognised by the Government of Telangana. Ours is a comprehensive curriculum that provides broad based education where students study Languages, Mathematics, Social Studies and Science besides Creative, Performing Arts.
The students are taken towards excellence through theory, experiments, project work, guest lectures and field trips.
Co curricular activities are incorporated into academic time table as per CCE guidelines whereby students have an opportunity to learn the basics of these skills by being exposed to them regularly.
We Integrate our syllabus with various OLYMPIAD programs as LOTUS LAP always had pragmatic approach towards education. Teaching learning methodologies of our school comprise of three components of the curriculum that is written, taught and assessed.
We at lotuslap give ample opportunities to students to explore and to gain knowledge through practical work, quizzes, debate, elocution, field visits etc.,. " Every child is unique @ LOTUS LAP ". Our activities i.e., dance , music, theatre, community service are designed to create confident individuals. The curriculum at LOTUS LAP is pupil centred and learner friendly integrated with various co-curricular activities that promote alround development of the children.
The pedagogy at LOTUS LAP is a unique blend of research based projects, conventional chalk and talk method. We encourage our teaching faculty to integrate information technology at each and every level of planning. Students are given a platform to nurture their talents through subject wise events like science week, math week, Literary club, etc.
